★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their hours of operation do not match the description online. I travelled over an hour to get to Red Deer because I live in the country, only to find that the store is closed on weekends. I checked Goggle before I left and it says they are open until noon on Saturdays. Also when you call and they are closed, the messaging service keeps you on hold for an operator saying " your call will be answered on the order it was received".
I hate the other big box stores, but these are the reasons you have to shop at them. Also what hardware store is closed on weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 5gallons of AR 701 sealant. Ended up short for my driveway. Went in to ask about getting a gallon more and they charged me a 80% higher price on the gallon can vs the 5g price. Since i dont have an account and pay on the spot at the counter they were unwilling to offer a discount. Will be buying at another shop next time!
