About Centratech Technical Services Ltd
We recognized the need for a full-service fire and life safety company in central Alberta during our first year of operation. We added services as we grew: SCBA/SABA servicing, gas detection, safety equipment rentals, breathing air, and breathing air compressor services. To further become a one-stop-shop, we added fire alarms, sprinkler systems, backflow testing, emergency lighting, clean agents, total flooding suppression systems, vehicle spray paint booth suppression systems, and off-road and industrial suppression systems. In 2018 Centratech purchased Pyrotec Alarms Inc., and this introduced us into the fire alarm monitoring world and expanded the services we can provide our customers. These additions mean you only need to make one call to have all of your fire and life safety services fulfilled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is not willing to own up to its mistakes. Instead these people will obfuscate, make assumptions, and try any way they can to blame someone else for a $300 problem they claimed they fixed but then didn’t and are unwilling to credit you back. These people are rude and unprofessional. Both my experience with the head office and the on-site mechanic have been difficult because they don’t actually want to be responsible for the work they put their name on.
When someone else checked their work and found that their work failed, then didn’t want to make things right. Instead they cancelled my business and took me off their service list at the mere inquiry if they wanted to keep my business.
I suggest people to look for alternatives that can actually stand behind their work and take responsibility and accountability for their own mistakes. This company is not that company and I will also submit complaints to the regulators for their lack of accountability.
In my experience, a company that drops you like a sack for just asking questions is running an improper operation.
