I called with questions and she told me to just "go onto the website" but i did have further questions and she was very short with me and lacked basic customer service skills. I then stopped in to inquire about programming for my daughter hoping to speak to someone else and this lady was SO beyond rude and treated me like i was an idiot only because i was unsure on what program would be the right fit. This experience was horrible, not sure what the programming is like in the studio, but this lady ruined it for me and we will absolutely not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premier has been such a Wonderful experience for my daughter. She has learn so much about the importance of teamwork and what it means to work hard towards her goals while having fun :) she loves all of the coaches she’s worked with and always can’t wait for next season :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a birthday party for our daughter here recently. Staff were super chill and helpful. The kids had a fantastic time in the gym before coming to the party room for cake and presents. Super easy set up, as the room is fun and didn't need decorating. They had a fridge and sink which also made life easier. Afterwards we loaded our stuff and final clean-up was done by staff. Incredible service! Thanks for making it such a great day.
