I recently hired Central Alberta Tile One to install the flooring in my commercial space. I was extremely impressed with the selection available in their show room. The in-store sales staff & designers helped to make the selection process easy. The vast product knowledge of the staff helped to ensure that I had the proper product for my commercial application – and on top of that, they helped to tie all of my colors together & make my space look great. The installers were equally impressive. They were polite, on time, safety orientated and cleaned up the mess after the install. The quality of workmanship was excellent; the installers definitely take pride in their work & it shows. Central Alberta Tile One was able to keep my project running on schedule because of their level of professionalism & attentive customer service. I would recommend Central Alberta Tile One for any project big or small.

They helped me pick out everything and offered great suggestions. I absolutely love it!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They gave me plenty of time to make my decision and I never felt rushed. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

There was a mix up with the nose pieces I had ordered and It took awhile to get it sorted out. The staff were kind and generous. They refunded my payment and put a rush on my order and I had the pieces in 2 days!

One was for a new build. They made the process easy and enjoyable!
There is a ton to pick out when you build and Krista was amazing! She has
a great eye for what would look good. She even helped with paint colours!!
We just finished another project and Shannon from Tile One was great!
He works hard to make sure the client is happy.
Looking forward to working together on our next project.

Seems my wife and I are not the only people who have had a bad experience with this store.. walk in the door not 1 of the prissy stuck up girls on the floor offered to help us find what we are looking for.. hell they couldnt even be bothered to say hello... walked around looked at carpet and other flooring for our home for 20 minutes and not 1 of the women could ask us if we needed help or were looking for something. Instead they looked at us then turned and walked away.. needless to say FLOORING SUPERSTORES got our business. The owner greeted us the second we walked in the door, he was busy with another customer but said we would be right with us and he was.. he made a good deal with us and was very helpful knowledgeable and straight forward.. Tile 1 needs to hire staff that is less good looking and less concerned about how they look so they can focus on DOING THEIR JOB!
