Dragan took the time to listen to me even though I didn't really know what I wanted. He showed me options without ever pressuring me, discussing the pros and cons of each product. At no time did I feel pressure to make a decision rather it was the opposite, his advice , "take your time, take the product home and see how it feels." Upon making a decision the time to start the job moved quickly. Every tradesman who came to my house was kind and respectful and more importantly their finished product showed their true experience and pride in their work. Jamie, Mike and Zander all worked well together and worked well with me. I was impressed that Dragan himself came several times to ensure the job was going well and that I was happy. This is the true sign of customer service, which it is very evident that Nufloors Red Deer bases their business on. I would be happy to recommend Dragan and his crew to any flooring job big or small. The finished product is beautiful and I feel like I have a new house.

I have in-floor radiant heating, and a poor quality product and install by the builders left me with cracked and gapping hardwood, which I was eager to replace, but frankly terrified would cause additional issues. Dragan and his office team alleviated my concerns and Dave and Jaimie did an excellent job on the install. While it wasn't all smooth sailing (1 box short of materials), the professionals at NuFloors addressed all issues and were great to work with.

I went at home with three different sample to test out, went back the next day and discuss options prices , booking time to get it all completed, Dragan himself came to the house to give an estimate ,the next day or so, we then got final estimate With the product we had chosen we were pleased with The approach taken from start to end we can book the installers to have the project completed two weeks from that day. Fast forward to a week after flooring‘s were installed, wow what an amazing job! Jamie, Mike and Ray where are the workers at our house what great people and what great skills they sure have. Is amazing to see how extremely well some people work kudos to the store owner and their staff for all the great work that you do thank you again for the beautiful flooring you’ve provided you were home. I will truly recommend to anyone to go visit and deal with Dragan at Nufloors if they’re looking for a new flooring,I have decided to choose them as well and deal with Kelly to have a tiling projects completed in the house since I’ve had such great service.a big THANK YOU!

She was helpful, friendly and professional; right from the 1st day I walked into Nufloors to check out vinyl flooring to the day the installation was completed. Mike kept me up-to-date on minor issues encountered and consulted with me during the installation, which I appreciated. Once the installation was complete, I thought there was a small issue with how one set of bedroom closet doors were re-installed, so Dragan came out to check and we realized it was a pre-existing issue and he provided detailed advice on what I could do to correct the small issue. He went above and beyond. My experience with Nufloors was a good one. The customer service was excellent & I'm happy with my flooring.
