★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hadn't been at there headquarters in quite a long time and wanted to see what selection of packaged products they had. Well, I bought some beef jerky and 2- 8 oz strip loins. The jerky is a bit spicy, of which gives it a great taste, and nice and salty, of which I also like. So fresh and great tasting. I pan seared the steaks in my cast iron skillet, put a little BBQ rub on them and let them cook. Now keep in mind, this is all Alberta beef, and was processed and frozen shrink packaged in June. They tasted very fresh, like they had been cut that day. Juicy, just enough fat for flavour. The price is beautiful at around $8 per steak. Today I went back and bought 4 more. Support local!!
