β β β β β Painless and educational even with my sea of questions. They even saved me money and made me feel comfortable about the process.
1 star for saving me a few bucks unless they damaged my paneling. I'll find out later sadly .
Make sure they've closed ur doors properly and reattached the inner panels properly and not munched the paneling. 2 issues on 2 occasions now within a short period of time.

β β β β β A few years ago, the folks at Windshield Surgeons got me the best price on a windshield repair & when a rock came through my back window out on the highway, they got me in the very next day to get it fixed. They did a fantastic job. They vacuumed as much of the broken glass out as they could, and went out of their way to make sure the new glass was installed in a professional & timely manner for the best price I could find in Alberta. I'd absolutely recommend these folks to anyone.

β β β β β On December 27, 2021 the back door driver's side window in my car shattered due to the extreme cold. I went to the dealership and they told me it would be 6 to 8 weeks to just get the glass, so I called Windshield Surgeons Auto Glass in Red Deer and Carson did some checking for me and told me they would have the glass in on Dec 29th. I took my car in on the Wednesday and they went to work. Cleaned all of the broken glass out of my car. Carson then phoned me to apologize that the side window didn't come in on the truck but it would be in on Friday, Dec31st. They taped up the side window for me as it was really cold out that week and I took my car back on Dec 31st. They asked if I could bring it in early as the window arrived early and by 2 pm on New Year's Eve my car was all fixed. The staff at Windshield Surgeons took really good care of my car and myself. Their service was amazing, the price was good and i am really glad I took my car to them. I have also recommended them to family and friends. Thanks Windshield Surgeons, You're the Best.

β β β β β Great customer service and extremely competitive price. What more can be said? As if that wasn't enough the floor mats were taken out and scrubbed - and they were pretty dirty after 3 months of winter. This is the first time I have used this company and I will certainly be back should I get any stone damage to the windshield (this Alberta after all). The Nano coating works very well and to top it all off they have a damn fine cup of coffee.

β β β β β I got a quote for a new windshield and when paying was told they didn't need to do a calibration. So the actual cost was $120 less than the quote. I really appreciated this company's honesty. I wouldn't have known but they chose best practice. Also, the car was ready 90 minutes before expected. I live in a rural area, so had to wait. I appreciated that too! I'll be taking my car back here for sure for any repairs.

β β β β β Glen and the guys really know their stuff. Super friendly and efficient.
I called through to the main service number late on Friday, was booked in at 9am Monday morning for a windshield replacement. Left around 35 minutes later. Also bought one of their warranty packages at the same, $40, two rock chip repairs and a replacement screen for $99. Great deal.
