★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people, they go above & beyond as much as possible. Their office hours are kinda weird, but considering there is only drivers and no office staff, they do an awesome job trying to be as available as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They park their personal vehicles in the front of the building forcing customers to park farther away and walk. They have a large compound in the back that would accommodate a small army of personal vehicles, the front should be for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work away in Fort mac and requested that they hold my shipment till I got back and when I came to pick it up they had returned the package the morning I went to pick it up even tho I told them what day I would pick it up. They also did nothing to assist in stopping the package from being sent back and I had to go through fed ex customer support. Absolutely terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After they refused to deliver to my house it got sent here. Pick up times are between 12-5 on weekdays only. Makes it pretty much impossible to pick anything up if you have a job. The order was there on Tuesday and it was sent back by Friday. Worker was friendly enough, at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got told they didn’t think my address existed so I got them to hold it at the North Staples and It got sent to this one that is closed literally anytime anybody with a job would be able to get in to pick it up. Will not be ordering through fedex again as Canada Post does a better job and can actually deliver to my address properly despite them having a terrible track record. People online call Canada Post a third world delivery service and if thats the case what does that make FedEx. More like I’m FedUp.
