c	cody sahlen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently visited this place for a quote on a windshield for my pick up, girl at the front was no real help.. left without even knowing a price and was forced to listen to her cackling and hitting on someone on the phone.. and basically shoed me out cause she had another call coming in, needless to say they lost my business before even getting it, there are plenty of auto glass shops in red deer customer relations should be a priority

Booked online and got a reminder for it but when I arrived they had no idea I was coming. Still, agreed to fit me in and did it in less time than expected! Seemed smoothly handled. The rubber around the window looked pristine when it came back! Not replaced, not a mark on it. Great! Then after waiting way past the period they said to keep it dry for, I took it to the car wash... Now I'm enjoying soap, wax and water all over my speaker and back seat. How can this even go wrong? Did they do the right one? I'll never know.

We decided to pull into Glassmaster and we are so glad we did! After a impressive effort calling around they were able to find a replacement window in Calgary and had it picked up at their Chinook location by the time we arrived. Additionally, they helped us clean out the glass and wrapped everything up prior to the Red Deer to Calgary trip. The window itself wasn’t cheap, but they gave us a discount on the replacement and we were super impressed they could do it the same day. We were able to continue our road trip and are very grateful that there was a remedy to an unfortunate start to our vacation. I would definitely recommend Glassmaster!
