About Crystal Glass Canada Ltd
Crystal Glass guarantees the seal on your auto glass installation for as long as you own the vehicle, with the exception of leaking due to body deterioration. Furthermore, Crystal Glass will warranty the windshield against pressure cracks (breakage for no apparent reason) and distortion for a period of 30 days. There is no warranty on tempered parts.
Crystal Glass guarantees all windshield repairs for as long as you own the vehicle. If the windshield cracks from the repaired area, Crystal Glass will deduct the original cost of rock chip repair from the new windshield replacement cost. In the event a new windshield replacement is necessary, the insured must pay the deductible portion of their insurance.

They pointed this out to me (they really didn't have to as I probably wouldn't have noticed it for a long time). They offered to install new glass for me and even gave me a 30% discount on the new one. I was VERY impressed with this. Wonderful and knowledgeable front end staff also. She's mahhhhhhhvelous!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, great staff. I have used rhe services twice. Once for a shattered side window from a break in. They took it in, stored it for the night so it was safe, and had it fixed and all glass cleaned up by end of day. They even sent a person to pick me up from work to get the car. I would never say that they could do that all the time, nor would i ever expect it, but they did it that time and that was exemplary. Replaced a windsheild for me in 2.5 hours from drop off to call back. Can't go wrong with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my truck in for a new windshield online about a week ago.
The appointment was made right away.
The truck had a 9am appointment. My daughter was going to drop it off on her way to work. Which was also at 9am.
I called to see if she could drop it of around 8:40 and then have a taxi take her to work. When I explained the reason why, the lady on the other end of the phone immediately volunteered to have an employee drop her off, saving us the cost of a cab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to have the windshield resealed at top due to wind noise. The windshield had been replace in Calgary by previous owner. They fixed it fast and only charged me $10.00 WOW cheap. They definitely get any of my future work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication, dropped off a window screen with explicit instructions of what I would like. The lady says she would relay the information to the fabricator and they would call me if they had questions. 2 weeks later I went to check, nothing was done, and she blamed me for not telling them what I wanted? Strange you would take something in not knowing what is was that you were to provide, then not call me, and then blame me for poor communication. I've had many windshields replace here, with great customer service. This person is new, bring back the old guy.
