Very unhappy with the lack of communication and lack of customer service that they provided. I had them come quote 7 new windows for my house. Had to email them almost a week after they measured to remind them to send a quote. I ordered the windows and 8 weeks later a delivery driver calls me on a Thursday to tell me they will be delivered to my house in 30 minutes. I work full time and had to leave so they could drop off the windows with no notice from RDWD. Then one window was back ordered and nobody bothered to tell me until I had to call and leave a message to get a call back a few days later. On top of this, after coming twice to take measurements, 2 of the windows were the wrong interior dimensions. After voicing all of my concerns to one of the owners, never once did he offer to do anything to make it right for me. They seem very content taking your money but there is no effort to ensure a customer is happy, and there is an extreme lack of communication between them and the customer. I would hope this isn’t how a local business treats all of their customers. **Response to "Owner"** When you discussed this with my wife it was regarding the height of the windows, which worked out perfectly fine and was covered by the trim(only about a 1" difference in total.) The actual width of the windows was over 3 1/2" narrower than the old ones which was never discussed. Even my original copy of the first quote from Trent had the PROPER measurements on them and when you came out they were changed. Don't put this on me when you're company has some of the poorest communication I have ever seen. Maybe the experience would have been better if you had installed them, but I used experienced licensed framers and they even told me how ridiculous it was. I get that mistakes happen, but most businesses would at least apologize and make some attempt to make things right, and that did not happen.

Although the installations were delayed due to supply chain issues which were beyond their control the overall experience was terrific. They were very prompt and professional when measuring the doors and windows on their initial visit. When we visited the showroom to pick out our doors and windows, staff were extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of questions and offer a number of different options. When it came to the installations, everything was done in one day. Again they were very professional, courteous and attentive to customer service. Following the installation everything was cleaned up to the point of being spotless. Can't say enough about how positive our experience was.

I had gone to 2 Window places for a quote to change out some sealed units that there was now condensation within them. The fellow from Red Deer Windows & Doors, said that the seals around one of our window frames at our Church were shot. That we should change that whole window out. We ended up changing out all 3 windows. When Justin & Josh came to do the job, they were professional. They did an excellent job and cleaning up afterwards.

The team at Red Deer Windows & Doors was informative and highly responsive. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. Their installation team was professional and pleasant to deal with, cleaned up after themselves, and dealt with our slightly less than standard door installation with very good attitudes. We're happy that we chose RDWD for our purchase.

These folks are all so amazing! What a smooth process it was to have our window replaced. This local business has a lot of moving parts that all work together flawlessly. I spoke to several different employees (as they each have their own area of expertise) and each new exactly what was going on. Not only were they all knowledgeable, but also friendly, respectful, clean, and just all around wonderful to work with. They also offered us the best price by far out of all companies we spoke with. We will be using them again for sure!

They came out and quoted our windows quickly after our initial request and once we decided to proceed, the final measurement prior to ordering was also done quickly. Staff are very pleasant to deal with. The install went smoothly and the installers were all professional and courteous. We are so pleased with the look of our new windows.

It was an easy process, from ordering to installation. We changed out all our windows and two doors. Everyone was very nice and very professional to deal with. The installation crew was awesome.
