★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned in to get a quote on replacements for 5 windows. Company said they would be over to measure in a few days. No one did every show up. When I phoned in to inquire when they would be over a rude person indicated they would get to it when they got to it. Needless to say 2 months later still have not heard anything.
Phoned Northern Glass and they were over the next day to measure and had replacement windows in within 10 days. Prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend Northern Glass and would not recommend Mayfair glass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's no magic behind why Mayfair Glass is H&R Block's first call for glass repair. The people are courteous and helpful, they under-promise and over-deliver, and they're cost-effective. Our most recent experience was a glass break at our 2nd Ave. office where their close-in crew was on site within a couple of hours. After being warned about a pandemic-related glass shortage that meant our window could take months to arrive, I nearly fell out of my chair when I got a call that the glass had arrived two weeks later! Thank you for your help. I hope to not need glass again, but when I do, Mayfair Glass will be my first call again.
