The owner ended up doing our assessment and he gave us lots of recommendations to ensure our new air conditioner was as effective as possible. When he realized we would need an electrician as well, he told us about someone he trusted to do the work for us and coordinate with his team. The installation was smooth and neat, no mess inside our house or in the yard. Overall, the communication was stellar and they even taught us some secrets of how to re-program our existing thermostat. Definitely the experts, we’ll be hiring them again.

The problem was explained clearly to me, preventive measures were also provided. A recommending fir a more long term fix was made, and arranged for.

He could have tried talking us into a new furnace, but instead saved us money on the type of repair he chose. We respect that and will definitely call Furnace Guys when we do need a new furnace. They noticed that our thermostat didn’t have a power cable and installed that without another thought and with no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Darby Taylor who provided a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products we purchased. Darby had a technician look at our current system to ensure that the new furnace would not be a problem to install, Dustin was also very knowledgeable and professional during this meeting. Thank you furnaceguys for hiring great staff who obviously have been trained to ensure customer service is a top priority, along with a great product and the best warranty. Nel and Carlin installed our new furnace today working in a tight area to remove the old furnace and installed a high efficiency furnace and a smart thermostat. Before leaving they downloaded an app on our phones so we can monitor the temperature where ever we are along with a sensor to help with hot and cold spots in our home. We would highly recommend this fabulous company who provide a 100% satisfaction on your product purchased, their workmanship, and materials used. Darby, Dustin and Wanda have made this experience hassle free and we really appreciate the respect shown.
