★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual, Innovation responded to my request quickly and conveniently. In this case, they identified the issue with the expansion tank for the water heater. They have a quick quote, asked if I would like to replace the safety valve of the water heater too as a precaution. Having experience with this, I thought it was a very good suggestion, and I had it done. We inspected, and they were gone in under an hour.
I’ve used them for a few events (all unrelated), and the experience was the same, even with different employees. I’d happily recommend this company for all their HVAC or plumbing needs.

I find their pricing very fair and their service fantastic - that’s a good combo. Scott is very prompt in quoting and Kevin is just the best in overseeing projects to completion. They have always gone above and beyond expectation and I would (and do) highly recommend their work.
