Apparently not, but in order to return it he would be charged a restocking fee of 15%. The real insult is it doesn't even fit our sink!! Is this standard practice for a product that was sitting on the store shelf? This was not a special order.

Ordered a part for my hot water heater on July 5, 2017 they told me over the phone it would be there first thing on July 6, 2017 I drove to red deer to pick it up and it wasn't there. Front counter then told me it would be there on July 7, 2017, called on the 7th and now they can't find any order of said part. I will not be shopping there ever again.
F	Farmer Alberta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer for over 20 years. Went there a couple weeks ago, bought 100 ft 1/2" sched 40 and 200 ft 3/4" sched 40. I thought that the price went up quite a bit. Guess what, at Home Depot you pay 40% less for exactly the same pipe, same brand. They obviously don't care about their customers at Wolseley, just gouge them. That was the last time I went there after 23 years.
