When I went to the business to get a quote the guy was very short and rude and all he would say is "yeah we don't have that". I explained I came up with the materials from his site and he wouldn't even look at me n just said "yeah we don't have that". I inquired if the webpage was wrong or what, again wouldn't look away from from his screen and said "yeah I guess so".
Not looking to figure out what the customer is looking for or better explain the available materials. Brutal customer service.
