They let us drop off our equipment a little after 5 because we were coming back home (calgary) from a job in camrose. Thanks to them we did not have to come all the way back up tomorrow. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need to rent anything from small equipment to heavy machinery at a fair price these guys are the place to go to. I had a job where my equipment was both too small and breaking down and going to these guys saved my rear. The rental was quick and painless and their delivery was fast. Will definitely rent from them again and recommend to anyone needing equipment to get the job done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely ? a great co.oany to deal with. Our lif truck was broke down and we needed a lift on the weekend as we were from Medicine Hat. They had a lift to our desired location in 1 hour gave us a refresher on the machine and left us to it. We can not say how pleased we were with the level of customer service we received amazing job guy! You deserve 10 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented an item for one month, $27. Received the invoice and returned the item only to be charged for two extra days at $7 a day. I'll be sure not to give them my business any longer. EDIT: They have adjusted the invoice, removing the extra charges, as well as explaining their automatic invoicing system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are great! Amazing customer service and willing to go above and beyond. I live out of province and needed help facilitating a freight pick up. I couldn’t find any other shop with the equipment to load it but Action Equipment rentals had the gear to take care of it. I highly recommend them!
