We were in a real bind with a unit and between Alex, Ashley, Garret, Chance and Krista they got their part done so the rest of the other services could complete their jobs to have the unit mobile and back to work. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% recommend this dealership! My sensor came on so I pulled over to check my coolant just outside of Innisfail. It was dripping quite a bit. I checked to see if it was a clamp. Couldn't really tell so I started making a few calls. So i was then in a full out panic! I called Kenworth in Red Deer to see if they can look at it or at least let me know if I can make it to Edmonton because I had a load on.
Ashley had answered and said yeah bring it in will take a quick look at it. She passed me on to the service manager, Chance, and he said he would take a look at it and see what we could do. I showed up, Chance came out, popped my hood right at the gate. He even checked to see if there was play in the Bering, which there was. I asked if I could make Edmonton before we made any decisions. He went to check for parts. I asked how long it would take hours and if they could get me in right away. I've driven a lot of trucks and I know how hard it is to get into dealerships so I was kind of shocked that they agreed to get right on it! I almost didn't believe it, but sure enough, I dropped my trailers and the mechanic came out, grabbed the seat cover and floor mat, they pulled her in and 2 hours later I was on the road and rolling again. They were super friendly and fast. Generally breaking down on the road is panic for most owner operators because even the smallest thing can mean down time. I cannot believe how fast and on the ball and so willing to help they were. So if you ever have a problem in your in the area or even if you just need a service I 100% recommend them. They're fantastic!

Parts staff is very knowledgeable , & the service department is amazing. It's pretty busy there but if its an emergency fix they always pull through and squeeze you in. The Service department is always willing to work with their customers and provide the best quote they possibly can along with quality workman's ship.
If you own a Kenworth , take it here! " Cheap oil Changes as well "
