What I appreciate the most (and what clearly separates them from the others) is their customer service and prompt response. I love their advocacy for regulation in our profession. It's very convenient to be able to log into my account in order to review or add continuing education credits. Every staff member I have interacted with via email and phone has been very friendly and efficient. I have enjoyed many perks along the way like saving money on courses, my GoodLife gym membership and getting my first month of the JaneApp free! I wouldn't want to be registered with any other association and highly recommend.
