Laine was excellent to deal with also, giving a detailed explanation of the work to be done and had good solutions for the completion of the repairs. CSN sent an inspector out right away to get a prompt quote and they did excellent work repairing the truck really quickly and even had it washed really well when i picked it up! During the repair process they identified a broken part but were able to repair the part instead of replacing it which saved me $1800 which was very appreciated and speaks to their integrity. The staff was very professional and they had excellent communication.
