While they repaired the damage from being rear-ended, they took the care to touch up a previous accident as well. She came back cleaned, polished and looking like new. Thank you guys!

Had a very pleasant experience, staff was friendly and communicative the whole time and they always remembered me which was nice. When I picked up my vehicle it had been cleaned, even the dashboard and surfaces inside wiped down, which was just a nice touch! Very happy with the service I received.

The lovely lady at the front desk was wonderfully understanding about my grouchy toddler. Definitely worth the long drive for friendly service! Edit to add: My vehicle was fixed faster than quoted. The gentleman who I dealt with was amazing! Would definitely recommend this shop!

T	Tayler Steinke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an accident with a deer and went thru insurance at Boyd last January. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks. There was some issues getting the correct parts for the car. They got parts in and then let me know they were damaged so they'd have to wait a bit longer to get other parts. When the car was done, it was pulled outside so I could have a good look. The outer body looked pretty good, the rocker was loose and not attached properly tho. Upon opening the doors (I have a blue car) they painted red doors blue, the inside panels of the doors were way too light and did not look like how they did ordinally. I also could see a few red spots peeking thru. I would have better inspected the car before calling the customer and saying it was ready instead of having me tell them to put it back in the shop and do a few more coats..... Something happened with my passenger window as well throughout the repairs. It now rolls down very slowly and almost gets stuck at the bottom. The manager/owner was willing to look at my window and fix the issue after the fact which was really helpful.

The team at Boyd kept me updated on progress, and had my vehicle back to me 2 days after drop off. All looks great, good as new! Staff are friendly, great experience. Would highly recommend.

They were great at communication, booking and estimated time of repair. The repair was top notch, no issues. I also really appreciate them cleaning the vehicle once finished.
