M	Mellissa Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a unique venue? This is it! The building has a very spacious layout perfect for a wedding or other large event. Staff is delightful and very friendly. Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

There was only one associate who smiled and approached us with a friendly greeting and an offer of assistance. However, when I requested the use of their restroom I was advised that none were available and was directed to leave the store and drive over to the local park where the town had installed Johnny on the Spots for the many tourists Bracebridge attracts. I wanted to spend time in the store as I was redecorating my home in Burlington and Simply Cottage offers high end products to which I am attracted. I believe customer service should extend to the use of washroom facilities as is the case in so many stores despite Covid. None-the-less, I found the Johnny in town and returned to the store. By then I had run out of time to complete my search and fully enjoy my shopping experience. I only had time to pick up a couple of items (spending a little over $500.00) and left, somewhat disappointed, but knowing I would find the rest of my items in Toronto. Pity. Also, the lovely associate we met upon our arrival, was the only associate in the store that smiled. Pity. My suggestion, given the landscape of the store, would be to make the washroom facilities available to customers, or put a Johnny (tucked away) on their expansive parking lot. It would also be nice if smiling at customers became a habit.
A	Abram Martens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful place to shop for your cottage. They have tons of beautiful products. Was rainy the day when I was there but that didn't keep the people from lining up.
I	In Virginia's World on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quaint little place with lots of parking. Prices are extremely high for mass produced pieces of wood art made to look old fashioned. Definitely for those who have money to spend. But a great store to browse and get inspiration . Plan to use some of the great ideas, like painting old paddles.

I got my cottage sofa, chairs (on order), Bedding, Throws, Lamps ...honestly how do you ever leave without buying anything! Everything is so beautiful there.
