The lady on the phone was very pleasant, listened to my concerns, and she dispatched a service technician in good time. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and what he charged was reasonable, $91 for the service call and was at my house for about half an hour straightening things out. A week later I was having an issue with the washing machine so I called them and the service tech called me 10 minutes later and on the phone diagnosed my problem and told me how to fix it myself. Very happy. Will highly recommend and I will use their service again.
T	Terry McLeod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a motor home with brand new appliances. The whirlpool company had this company come out to do repairs on a brand new whirlpool refrigerator. They came out once, took some parts out of the refrigerator. Said the refrigerator had to be removed by the motor home company. I had the motor home company come out and remove the refrigerator. I have not heard back from them since. That was two months ago. I have owned two major service companies in the past and I have never seen anything like this. Will never recommend or use them. I called another company who came out and repaired the refrigerator at my cost in one day. Terrible service from a company that’s representing whirlpool. I’ve reported them to whirlpool also. Check their website and they have made up their own reviews as they used names with no contact obviously.
T	T Lacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not appreciate an $86 charge when the technician spent 4 minutes at the house. It took 3 appointments to get them to show up as well, took time off of work the first two times and he just didn't show up. I mean it was a quick and easy fix, he quite literally spend 4 minutes at the house and 2 of it was doing up the paperwork. $21 a minute, I am in the wrong business it seems. Midway did respond to this but offered no solutions other than to reassure me that this was the standard fee. I was not inclined to change the rating. Its unfortunate as if we had a good experience, they would have been our repair people going forward, now I have to steer people clear. If you look at my review history this is the only 1 star I've given, so far.

The second time we phone to order a part one of the owners ( pete) was very rude on the phone and comments were disrespectful. Lost us as customers. Would rather drive to Edmonton or Calgary than deal with the disrespect again

When he wanted to turn off the breakers tried to explain to him that the breakers were miss lableled. He cut me off and was very rude. Didn't even stick around to see if the repair worked. Really unprofessional. Never recommend them

He was concerned with the appearance of the repair but we are delighted. Thank you Pete and Midway Appliance Repair. I would highly recommend this business.
