★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed our fridge works great. Tried twice to fix our dishwasher and the second time he came and stared at it for 10 min did nothing and left. Still leaking right after he left. Either he didn’t know or didn’t care about fixing it. 2 stars for fridge he fixed. -3 stars for not caring about dishwasher at all. Will not use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them after trying another local company to fix our 5 year old dryer. First company could not fix it after $350. AC came by and fixed it in an hour. It's running like brand new. Then our ice make on our fridge quit. They had that up and running within an hour. Will NOT call anybody else except them from now on. Top notch service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them on a Monday late in the day, they were able to get someone out to diagnose our issue by Wednesday (could have been Tuesday but my work schedule wouldn’t allow it), the guy came in showed me exactly what the issue was and went out of his way to find me a replacement drum for my dryer that would save me some money on the repair. He was able to come out a day later and have it working perfectly and for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My refrigerator's water dispenser was not working properly so I called the company's customer service who recommended this company as my local dealer. They were initially very accommodating to assist in fixing the issue and met me promptly at my house (working around my schedule). However, the problem required a part that needed to be ordered so it would take them some time to speak with the distribution centre.
After a very long wait, I received a call saying they were having difficulties speaking with someone from their own distribution centre but would call me once they had an answer.
After another long time, I followed up with the refrigerator's customer service department (hoping to find another dealer in town) and they contacted this company. They confirmed they had decided to just drop my order without any explanation or contacting me at all.
Although the technician was helpful, this customer service was horrendous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! I received a call in the morning with a very reasonable 1.5 hour time window that the repair person would arrive during... arrived about 20 minutes into that window. So respectful of my time! The service person was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. I would highly recommend A C Appliance Service in Red Deer and will use them for future needs.
