★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our fridge broke down after making some weird noises. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and provided a fix for us to try before getting them onsite. They cost themselves a visit to save us some money as that seemed to work. I would definitely trust what they say when discussing appliances as they knew the problem from a very brief description without ever visiting our house! We would very strongly recommend their services and you can trust that if they say they have to come look at your appliance that it is necessary.
Would give 6 stars if I could.
