★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible and Horrible service. Not knowledgeable . The problem was with my Samsung fridge.freezer was working.Technician came( he is the owner) ,checked the problem and came back in two weeks with parts.And then,even my freezer didn`t work and fridge was not fixed.I called to another appliance service, which fixed my fridge immediately.If you do not want to lose your money and time ,DO NOT call Mark`s Mobile Appliance Service.I believe this business practice to be extremely unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, i know nothing of this man. I suspect he means well, and might be a senior? I kind of hate to say anything, having also read a few negative reviews, but. I called with a specific problem > my microwave door has stopped locking and therefore i can not use the mic. After a long conversation of me trying to get him to give me a rough idea of when he could deal with it. we agreed on Thursday after noon, and he would call. NOthing. No call, no appearance., Now its Tuesday and still nothing. Really, a person can't do business like that, and i called for someone else who at least sounds like they want my business. So much for trying to support the little guy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pretty clear that if my microwave couldn't be fixed, I wanted to pay for the service call and I would buy another microwave instead. What I got was a bill for the service call and an hour "labor", for the guy to stand at my counter for what felt like ever and nothing ever happened. Never really found out what the issue was or got a clear cut answer on whether or not it was fixable. He did tell me it would "probably" cost 200.00 to fix it...even thought it cost 157.00 to do absolutely nothing to it. Very disappointing to say the least. This man didn't seem to know what he was looking at and my husband had to do all the heavy lifting for him. Do not recommend for any kind of appliance repair...the speed he moves alone will cost you a fortune :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a kind honest gentleman! He was at our house within hours of us calling, fair price, and even returned money that I had accidently overpaid. Highly recommend Mark's Mobile he has made a customer of us for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day light robbery. Our fridge freezer was not working, when Mark did get here, nice enough bloke, spent 10 mins to take out the freezer back, said it was unfixable, which is fine, then charged us $80 for the pleasure of having his company. Never again! Take your money elsewhere. Feel mugged!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, rips you off, demands to be paid in cash and uses that he is a senior to get you to feel sorry for him. Won't return phone calls, demanded a deposit and when the remaining work wasn't required won't return the deposit. Do not use!! He is a thief and a crook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible!! Had Mark take a look at our dishwasher explain what was going on and he was confident in being able to repair it for a few hundred dollars, thinking great I can save a little instead of a new one. Could not figure it out took the front panel off said looks like the mother board because it was dusty, not testing it just dusty. Told me a mother board would be expensive and not sure it would fix it. He obviously has no idea how to repair anything.
Here is the bad part said I only want cash no etrasfer.

mileage $20
GST in CASH lol $9
Total Scam for $180.00
NO Repair, Hidden Fees, No Skills as promised.
Save your self a headache and fine someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST REPAIR MAN EVER. He strolled in an hour late and didn’t have the right tools for a quick job. So after I got my tools for him he thought it was fixed and it wasn’t. So I made him take it back apart and he did it again but very slowly and broke a part we needed on the screen. Then put it back together incorrectly another time, finally I locked my toddler in his room and started forcefully helping him. He did not fix anything and also did not guarantee his slop job. As if that wasn’t enough he wanted 400$ for a 2.5 hour job that accomplished nothing. This man should not be in business
