★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there was an apartment I wanted to rent right across the hallway from my folks; I filled out the application, got approved and looked at the apartment and was willing to give them my damage then and there but they told me to wait, and would get in touch with me on May 8th.
Monday the 8th rolls around and the lady emails me and tells me she will contact me tomorrow (Tuesday May 9th), So never got an email or call and decided to wait...and I'm still waiting (May 17th)
I did email and call and got no response so I'm not sure what's going on but I'm not really impressed that if they want me as a tenant they sure aren't making a huge push to get me into the apartment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karri and her team at Magnum York manage our commercial property. Karri is very approachable, patient and highly qualified. I would highly recommend Karri and her support staff for anyone looking at simplifying their operations by hiring a professional property manager, either residential or commercial.
Karri has in depth knowledge of condominium bylaws, reserve fund requirements, regulations, insurance guidelines etc. She also displays excellent organizational skills and keeps our board current with reporting on a very regular basis.

I would recommend Magnum York to anyone looking to rent a place as well as to anyone looking for their property management. Friendly staff and very professional service. Always prompt to respond to all inquiries. Magnum York is indeed a Property Management Specialist and will be my preferred choice for years to come.

With how the world is today this makes me personally feel safer living in a building that goes through this type of process to hopefully provide better quality tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have great credit, stellar references and even a co-signer yet Magnum York Property Management decided to decline my rental application. No explanation, no opportunity for appeal. I'm in complete shock. If this is what it's like getting through the application process I am honestly concerned as to what it would be like renting from them. Lost out on a great tenant.

When I initially rented my unit I was in Nova Scotia I did everything online and the phone with Leona, I had no problems with my daughter going to look at it paying the deposit and as soon as we got into the province we were able to get into our unit. This took a lot of stress off of us traveling and we appreciated it so much. We had called other companies but they weren't as accommodating. This is the best company I have found to deal with, every time something's wrong they fix it if there's a problem with anything I just call and it's taken care of. I would definitely definitely recommend this company so much so that I got my daughter an apartment with them and she's had no problems. The girls in the office especially Brandy are amazing they make you feel so welcome. In conclusion I would have to say they are an amazing company. keep up the good work!!!

Friendly staff, hassle free moving in and moving out. I was in the same home for 12 years! I would still be in the same home but found the opportunity to buy a home of my own. Never had issues with the quality of the property it was was everything I expected and then some, never an issue with maintenance requests they were always flexible. Carla is simply amazing to deal with she responds in a timely manner, she is polite and very professional she knows how to deal with all kinds of situations. I would highly recommend Magnum York Property Management to anyone seeking to lease/rent a new to them home. You will not be disappointed with them from the front-end office workers (Brandi) to the ones who work in the background. The efficiency is second to none!
