G	Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is very honest and professional.Their homes and apartment suites are maintained and are priced with good market value. During this COVID-19 Pandemic they have increased cleaning procedures in all public areas and take the security and safety of their tenants very seriously. However, they do not coddle people and expect renters to respect their property and pay rent in a timely manner. If there is a problem they will discuss it with you. I have found that if I am polite and reasonable, I receive good, practical response. I enjoy dealing with professionals who have good policies in place.

I have relied on other property managers in the past, and, as a landlord, I find Soul Property Management to be the best so far.

The Red Deer staff are above average in the area of maintaining the buildings as well as the response time when one of the tenants has a maintenance concern. They are very personable and some have an awesome sense of humor. They treat their tenants in a very respectful manner. In all the years that I have rented from different managements, Soul Property Solutions is by far the best. Red Deer has been blessed to have a company as this.

b	brie short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ once you’re renting from them, you’re no longer a priority. we can almost never get a hold of these people even when we call their office directly during office hours. we have stopped trying to contact them and have simply just fixed house hold issues out of our own pocket. now we are trying to contact to let them know we are moving out and absolutely no response or answering of the phone ever. super unprofessional. hopefully this doesn’t affect our move out date when we do finally get a response.
