Now that I am thinking of living on my own, Sim & Thorne won't even help me look because I don't have any rental references. I think what they want is people born with "rental references." Don't waste your time with them.

She shouted at my 5 year old daughter everytime she came to check the apartment building. She is a 60 year old immature who always remains angry because of her own family problems. I feel sorry for her, throughout her life she failed to learn the basic ethics and values and has a lot of hate inside her but it's too late now

I moved out of my building with permission and they billed me an extra months rent for time I never lived there and also took my damage deposit. They went trough my personal belongings while they where packed and being waited to picked up by the movers. Later they proceeded to lie to me and say they didn't. Be careful especially with and employe name Carla Everson, she is extremely unprofessional and has acted so on several occasions. DO NOT RENT FROM SIM AND THORPE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO AND MISS TREATED !!

A	Aisley Miles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented from them twice now and have had great experiences. The folks who work there are friendly and when we've needed repairs done, they are there within the hour. I'm extremely grateful for their reduced security deposits and minimal pet fees. A++

They are generally unwilling to do repairs and if something is in dire need of repair or replacement it will begrudgingly be taken care of. First they will complain to you about how much it is costing the owner to fix things that are, by law, required. We are not talking upgrades here. When the stove quit working they assumed I wasn't paying my bill. When the fridge quit working, they complained that they had already replaced the stove earlier in the year. They refused to paint the rental before I moved into it, or fix the multiple pre-existing holes in the walls. When I gave notice to move out, they did not show up for the final walk through that had been booked earlier in the week. None of the people that you have to deal with are professional and in most cases are down right rude and ignorant. I would steer as clear from this company as possible.

I was professional and tried to be extra nice, but I ended up wanting to cry because of the disrespect and overall rudeness this woman showed. I do not know why I deserved to be treated like that. Additionally, they have no compassion for any disabilities, and do not care about you as long as they get their money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They are greedy people with no compassion for others lifes and will make your time renting miserable. Please stay away unless you are looking to be treated poorly and looked down upon.

Your staff members are so amazing they can fixed the problems immediately that’s why I love renting your properties. I can highly recommend your company to my family members and my friends. And I can’t wait renting a house not apartment anymore as my family is growing up. Thank you so much for having me and my mother and we are looking forward to see you guys again this year. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️????✌??????????? I love it.
