The last 2 times I've went through the drive thru at this location, I've been parked in reserved and forgotten about and have had to wait go back through the drive thru to receive my food, on top of that it, seems they have forgotten how to make iced coffee, it tasted like burnt coffee with a tiny splash of cream with absolutely zero sugar. This location use to be good but recently has gone so far downhill I've had to resort to going back to Tim Hortons because their subpar coffee tastes better than whatever this location is sending out. Absolutely disappointed.

We only had drinks today since the food has gone downhill the past 6 months and the orders are cold,look terrible and usually wrong!! I wish the workers would wear gloves when touching the food. I also used the washroom for the first and last time it was disgusting. I did take pictures.

Last night at around 12:30am me and my friends went and got junior chickens. we were served RAW CHICKEN. not cooked at all. when we went back and asked for a refund the process was long and difficult. the lady who seemed to be in charge was short with us and never offered an apology. when we first told her our issue she walked away seeming like she was going to ignore us. this is disgusting and absolutely unnacceptable.

I unfortunately live around the corner from this location and often go to McDonald’s for quick meals for my family. We have tried delivery, drive through and take out from this location and I can honestly say after a year of regularly trying to order food from this location, it’s a nightmare, the staff are almost always slow, often rude and as unhelpful as the management. Mistakes are more common than a full correct order. Drive through takes on average 15 mins to get through and it can take up to 25 mins if they ask you to pull around and wait. If you bother to complain you’ll receive a shrug and a β€œsorry” before the turn their backs and walks away. They don’t fix mistakes or make reparation ever. All of this is well known to the community surrounding the location and after the last 2 simple coffee only orders took over 20 mins to get our family will find another alternative as we are fed up with the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location. Don’t use this location useless you’re in the mood to be disappointed and frustrated. It’s the only thing this location seems to be capable of being consistent in.

I went through the drive-through to order my meal, they told me I could not put the drink that I wanted and I kept stating substitute it and they told me they couldn’t the machine was not broken I went into the restaurant how to do it by myself on the machine and then the manager continue to tell me that I was wrong even though I literally had the receipt. All I wanted to do was a sub a smoothie instead of coffee but apparently that’s too challenging. Definitely will not be coming to this one ever again terrible experience. Also sorry I have BPD so routine is a must.

For the 3rd time in a row I have been given pretty much just coloured water instead of coke, I'm honestly tired of all the little mistakes they keep making. I'm no longer visiting this location and I recommend you don't as well.

Got in the drive-thru around 9:45pm, waited for 10 minutes at the window after paying, only to be greeted by an entirely raw burger when we got home. it touched the grill for long enough to get brown outside and that was it because it was not cooked at all. I called to request a refund, because at that point we had lost any amount of an appetite we had, but they refused and only wanted to give us free meals. I can deal with bad service or a wrong order, that’s fine. But completely raw meat is in no way acceptable, even by McDonald’s standards.
