Thank You Ms. Kristine the manager at Bower Mall . I got an iphone 12 pro max but unfortunately i have to return in because I just got a the same as gift. And Ms. Kristine helped me patiently with the refund and cancelling the account.. Good job!

Mikayla was super helpful and made transitioning to Fido so easy! She helped me decide which one to upgrade to from my iPhone 7 and walked me through the new features. 10/10 recommend her!

Kristina was extremely unknowledgeable and unhelpful with my phone/ plan upgrade. "I'm sorry we don't know anything about that" in regards to set up fees. "We're just a retailer, we can't help you" to almost any question I asked. When explaining my bill she was very unclear, so at the end I asked: "how much would I pay monthly moving forward total with everything included" and she said it would be xx amount per month and when I got my bill it was almost twice as much as she said. Called into Fido and they confirmed my payments were correct on the bill and are assisting me with this situation/confusion. Not happy as she has given me the run around twice. After reading reviews, they say she is a manager... not sure if there are others who may be getting told wrong information but be careful in who you speak to in store. Have been a long term fido customer for 10+ years - will be sure to deal with any other store or just call in and most certainly not this location again.
