1	14533 Donlevy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My purchased 2 new cars in Edmonton and the dealer used Visions South Edmonton to install the remote starters on both. The few times I have been to their location they have been outstanding. Unfortunately I live in Red Deer. My starter was giving me an error message and wasn't working. I made an appointment and took it to Visions Red Deer. When I returned I was told they couldn't find anything wrong and all remotes were working. I thought great and left to go to work. The next morning none of the remotes worked. When I got back to Red Deer I called Visions. First I was put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called right back spoke to a different gendered person and amazingly I was told that the service department was available and my call was transferred right through. I explained the problem hadn't been resolved at my appointment a few weeks ago and the service agent I spoke to told me the best he could do was offer me an appointment 12 days from now. So they don't fix the problem the first go around and then want me to wait another 12 days for them to try again. That is the very opposite of positive customer service. Vision South Edmonton 5 Star Service Visions Red Deer 1 Star because that's the lowest option available.

He took the time to explain and demonstrate what TV may suit me best. I purchased from him and felt I got a fair deal. He even went out of his way to personally deliver!

In sales it was nothing but lies, over promising and anything goes just to get the sale. What about after after sales customer service? The worst of the worst. They don't return your calls and when they do they already have their mind made up as to how they're going to deal with your personal and unique situation. I will never recommend Visions Electronics to any of my friends and family ever again nor will I set foot in one of their buildings. The Mighty Dollar is much more important than customer service and satisfaction. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a - 20. It is Bar None the worst or I have ever dealt with in my entire life. This story we'll make four fine coffee talks for many years to come. @visionselectronics

Super friendly guys there, and they will do whatever it takes to make your vehicle sound the best it can be. One person in specific is Shawn, who drove 2 and a half hours out of his way and paid money out of his own pocket in order for them to deliver the final product before the end of the day. Incredible work guys, I couldn't have asked for better

Went to Visions and Ian with his knowledge and kind service had me sold in less than a minute. Love the fact he understood I'm older and needed to clear easy instructions on the tv I had chosen. I will be back and recommend this store to all my senior friends. Fabulous and loving my LG Smart TV!!! Thanks Visions for making your staff aware of the importance of service with empathy and integrity!!!?

He took his time to make sure I was getting the right product and service that I required. Turned out they didn't have the specific phone I was looking for, so he called 2 other locations and was able to track one down. Got everything set up and had the other store get it shipped to Red Deer. When I picked up my new phone he quickly and easily was able to transfer all my data from. My old phone to the new one. Great customer service.
