★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second visit. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations. We loved our first escape room. Todays room was not ready for our visit. Two computer resets, a broken wire and a malfunctioning key function did not make for a great experience. The young lady that was our gatekeeper was friendly and helpful but kept apologizing for the room. Not a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A group of 4 of us went to the Tornado Shack and Agent 55 and had a blast!! So much fun and would highly recommend KEVIN as your game master! He was fantastic at explaining the backstory and made the whole experience even more fun! Thanks Kevin and we will definitely be back!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gamemaster Kevin and Karen are genuinely two of the nicest people I've ever met. I did two escape rooms, one led by Kevin and one by Karen and both were so, so fun. It's such a incredible experience when you have people that truly love what they do, and Kevin and Karen were both excellent examples of that perfect employee. I hope they are recognized for all the great work they do to make every guests experience so wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first time ever doing an escape room. We actually did one as a couple and a harder one as a foursome later the same day. The staff are amazing! A huge thank you to Kennedy and Kevin for your help to ensure we had a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had gamemaster Kevin for our escape room and he was the nicest person EVER!!! He made the entire experience so much fun and he was such a wonderful person and made so many funny jokes!! He was a 12/10 gamemaster and we were so lucky to have him!!! (Bosses of lockdown escape rooms you guys should give Kevin a promotion because he's the best employee you have)

The Product(s)/Service: Came here for my birthday with my brother. We did the Dracula room and were very impressed with their room design. Non traditional integrated locks and puzzles were a true joy to work with and figure out. Room ambiance and flow was very well thought out and the game masters were very on point with hints/nudges.
There was one puzzle however, would have been nice if there was a integrated prompt to let players know to do it slowly in order to trigger the mechanism because it does not work unless the full cycle is run through and we spent quite a bit of time on it even though we had it figured out.
Overall, would definitely come again and check out the other rooms, loved the props and again the room design was fantastic.
The People: super friendly family owned business. Very welcoming environment full of laughter and fun.
