The seller was not honest in declaring whether the home had electric or plumbing Deficiencies when we tried to get her to help us out how to rectify our problems with the seller she basically didn't want to help and told us to speak with a lawyer. One issue was the seller stated The hot water tank was just replaced when in actuality it's over 20 years old .The seller had clearly lied in his listing which she knew about. She refused to help out. Very disappointed.

From day one we knew she would be on our side, helping us to accomplish OUR goals as a young family just starting out. In our search for a home and selling our own place she was efficient and attentive - always answering us in a timely matter and never annoyed with our many questions ;) She knows her business so well - each signature, meeting, appointment, communication with lawyers etc went smoothly, and we were out of our old house and into our new one in a surprisingly short amount of time. I didn't realize before - but so many little things can go wrong when buying/selling a house and with Donna everything was perfectly in order and completed in a very professional matter. She quickly sent me an email with a portal link to make my search easier and that if I had any questions, I could contact her anytime. It did not take me long to find the right house for me. I was not able to see the house for myself as I live to far away. I had Donna meet my son-in-law at the house for a viewing. I was connected to FaceTime. She took her time and showed me the entire house and backyard and answered all my questions. I right away put an offer in and Donna proposed it to the Sellers that same evening. The process went very smoothly and I was able to acquire the purchase of the house. Donna then arranged for a lawyer to call me right away, which he did. She also recommended an inspection company to me with their information and I called them that same day and a date of the house inspection was confirmed. Donna has been enormous help to me from purchasing the house and getting the lawyer and inspection organized for me very quickly. As everyone knows, selling and buying a house is very stressful but, Donna has done all the hard work for me and took the stress off of me. Donna, I want to give you a big Thanks YOU!!! And I will recommend you to anyone I know who is shopping for a house. Again, thank you so very much.
