A gal pal and I booked in for a couples package and the spa went above and beyond our expectations!! The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and show passion for their jobs. The steam baths are amazing, relaxing and the essential oils are a great start to a real treat! Had an hour long massage which was divine! Would definitely recommend to anyone for a personal treat or girls weekend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get brow waxes and tint with my daughter today. The Esthetician I was with did not properly wax my brows, or tint them. She also did not trim them. She put a very small amount of wax on and I remember thinking that other places they put quite a bit on and I'd feel the hairs being waxed out, but I didn't this time, but figured I'd wait until she was done to see. The tint she left on for maybe 5 mins. My brows are blonde so usually they leave it on for a minimum of 10 minutes. The room was dark so I couldn't see properly to check when she was done. When I got to my car I still had wax around my brows, no hair had been properly waxed off and my brows were still blonde!!! my daughter whom I took with me was with another lady who forgot to fully wax around her brows so the job was half done. Super disappointing especially for the price we paid with tip. I ended up doing them myself.

Not only is the building very clean and super relaxing with a wonderful ambiance, the staff are just as incredible. Front desk staff are always very kind, helpful and efficient. Rose is hands down one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. She is very thorough in her work and takes time/care to ensure she is doing what’s best for your body and concerns, making you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout. She is extremely knowledgeable/well rounded in her practice, utmost professional and overall a wonderful person to spend an hour of time with.

I am a total stranger to her but she has such a gentle, calming, accepting way about her that right from the start I felt very comfortable.
