★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you walk through the door expect to be greeted by an empty monotone hello. And although the staff has been there for a long period of time, they aren't very knowledgeable about the games, products or how to look things up properly on their system. We have gone there too many times because it is the closest one to our home, but we will make the drive to the North one from now on as it is such a better store to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind employee but the prices for used games are still too much, they never have what I'm looking for. They carry bobble heads and game guide books and key chains and mugs but nothing like, power supply, rechargeable battery, external hard drives or really anything else that would make sense of them to carry. At this point Mr.bezos has made more from me then they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outrageously GREAT customer service. I have literally never had better customer service at any other store, ever. My mom has been here multiple times and has mentioned how nice the girl who works here is.. But i never realized what she meant until I went in to find a toy for my son and both employees working went above and beyond to help us find what he wanted. Calling around to other game stops, searching the stores from top to bottom.. My mom left her number with them on Monday in case any other "mario toys" came in, (she didn't remember the name of what my son wanted). Well, guess what! The girl who works there remembered exactly what my son was looking for (this is a week after we popped in ONCE asking for it). They got a shipment in today and called my mom.. Someones getting what they wanted for xmas!

How about we rate the customers instead of the store?
I bet almost every one of the bad ratings were from people who have no patience or manners and are unreasonable. I’ve been going to that store for years and I know everyone at that store and they are very good people.
