★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did someone say frozen hot chocolate??? This is an all-time favorite beverage and sharing them with co-workers and others is sure to bring delighted oohs and ahhs... not to mention the construction workers down the street who eyed them with apparent longing. (Hint: Lesson learned, buy a few extras to give away!). Second Cup makes the best frozen hot chocolates! Ever!

Their Americano is not very good in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While dining in An elderly customer came in and asked for management for a minor Complaint And was not being rude or aggressive and was viciously verbally attacked by a male employee threatened slandered and called names which made me decide I will never support this business again because I don't want to be treated so horribly I hope the individual seeks legal action because I would support him

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you ask for breakfast items during breakfast and get told well we are sold out and ask what might you have that does not have alot of sugar in it and they seem to go blank and have no idea what that means I would highly suggest not going here. Very slow in more ways than 1

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined my friends to this location and we've never had a bad experience until recently. We ordered the mango frocho's from drive thru. We were drinking them and I felt something weird on my teeth and thought it might have been plastic. I pulled out metal strands from what is thought to be an SOS cleaning pad. Not sure if we swallowed any. We went back and the one girl that was the shift "leader" was not helpful at all, she disappeared shortly after. We did get a refund and a latte from the other girl on shift after asking for it, we left our names and numbers for the manager, and I am quite disappointed in not receiving a call back about this matter.
Edit - The manager reached out and was amazing, also assured there will be some re training so this won't happen again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey Coffee to say the least. No other Coffee Shop seems to show the effects of inflation as much. The Coffee was always worth the extra coin as oppose to the larger coffee serving franchises. Now at almost $3.50 per large (not Xtra large) Coffee compounded with an obvious lower quality of flavor than what I was used to from Second Cup in the past has been reason enough for me to reconsider going back anytime soon. What a shame, most of the staff is so friendly and helpful.
