I visited this store on Saturday, June 6, 2020, with Covid-19 restrictions in place. First, I would like to say that 2 out of the 3 employees I interacted with were fantastic, friendly, and clear with their instructions. The woman that β€œgreeted” you when you walked in the store was rude. You received no greeting, just sanitize your hands, come in, follow the arrows, and keep your social distance. She was excessively loud and not friendly. I can hear this woman as I am shopping in the store, same loud voice, no official greeting/welcome just the same information, unless she needed you to wait then she barked at the person to back up and wait in the foyer until she instructed them to enter when someone else left the store. I continued to shop and I can hear this woman in a loud voice say excuse me and I just ignored her as I didn’t think she was speaking to me as I had my back to her in the store. I hear her say excuse me again, so I turn around and she asks me in an unnecessarily loud voice if I’m going to be trying the items I was holding on? I told her yes and she proceeded to tell me in a very loud voice so that everyone in the store can hear that I should only be taking one β€œbest guess” size of each item (not 2) to try on so they didn’t have extra items in the dressing room. I promptly told her that if I had been informed when I entered the store of this rule I could have followed that rule, however, since I wasn’t informed that I was not going to be putting the items I was holding back! She repeated herself and walked away. She didn’t tell anyone that information, it wasn’t that she missed giving that information to me, she was so loud everyone in the store could hear! Thankfully, the young woman in the change room area and the woman working at the checkout counter were friendly and helpful otherwise, I would give this a one-star rating!

My daughter and I were shopping on the afternoon of July 4th. Our associate was Kalisha. She was very friendly . She welcomed us into the store, very helpful when we needed assistance. She is definitely an asset to your store. I would look for her next time I go into your store. She’s a keeper!

Fake customer service. If you’re going to offer to help with sizes etc then be there at the fitting rooms, Which were absolutely disgusting and filthy. Staff too concerned about masks and should be concerned about cleaning the store and being helpful.

Staff is a bit too much on the pushy side. The store didn’t have the size I wanted in a top I found online, a staff member was persistent that I order it through them in store. I mentioned to her several time I wanted to place an order online myself for some other items as well, so no thanks. Kept insisting. Then I got asked, again, at the till by another sales associate. Some people just don’t know when to quit. Really need to take note and learn social ques. Although it’s maybe them trying to be helpful, it comes off in the wrong way when you keep asking the same thing and getting the same answer.

I had just walked out of their sister store for terrible customer service, when we called the Red Deer Reitmans to find out if they could honor my mother's day gift card from the sister store. They said come on in and that they would try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by smiling faces and people who wanted to actually be there today. After figuring out my size, the associate eagerly brought me choices from the store gallery as she saw I walk with a cane and could use the assistance. I explained my needs and the girls were fantastic about finding appropriate clothes for the occasion. Even going to the stock room for new product as I am a hard size to fit. I cant say enough about how you made my day. And oh ya, that gift card,? Yep it worked here too

Best customer service ever. All staff were amazing but a special thanks to Sarah!! She helped me from start to finish. Store was busy but she was on top of it!! Made me feel like I had my own personal shopper. Very organized and very pleasant. Great visit. Thank you!!
