★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This one lady that works at the front,should not be working there. As it seems she’s ate to many crayons as a kid.Do not trust this lady with your personal information she misplaced it and finally found it so I said no thanks and I had to walk out.I went elsewhere ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe don’t open your store if you don’t have any of your equipment ready.... wasted 2 hours and was told that they could not issue my refund in person only by mail, then why am I paying you over 100 dollars to do my taxes when I could do it myself and have this same process for free????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible experience here! They messed up numerous times while I was just trying to pay for my tax return. Which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. What isn't ok is blaming me and talking about me like I can't hear her even though she is directly in front of me. Was not at all impressed with how I was treated and my friend who also had a return had the exact same time and was also blamed by the receptionist
