★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its simple, easy to make your own dessert! And the payment idea is fanstatic so everything is priced the same making things super smooth in the payment. Ive only had one flavor so far but it has been the best frozen yogurt ive had yet! I would highly recommend trying it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to go for an ice cream treat that you can fix yourself, it all depends on how much you load your bowl. Very knowledgeable staff and clean. Nice big windows and decorations. Not only for kids.. lots of choices in Ice cream (even limited editions) and lots of toppings to pick from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menchie’s in Southpointe common is always clean and well stocked. Only complaint is when I showed up 20 min before they were closed they were out of fresh fruit. ( But I don’t hold against them as they were almost closed) I really wanted blueberry and strawberry in my frozen yogurt. Also the rewards system was down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. I always get the original tart frozen yogurt with strawberry sauce and peanut butter sauce. Will be a very sad day for me when they don't have the original tart anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a cake a week in advance. Was very clear I'm diabetic so no icing or anything like that. Instead of my low sugar cake I ended up with some oreo thing that spent 40$ on and I count eat so it went in the trash. It was a simple order and it was bungled so bad that a disbeperson couldn't even eat it.
