★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service !! Accommodated my order even after closing but the syrups and coffee are not at all adequate. Very strong essence of syrups. tried two different drinks twice but still the syrups ruin the coffee. Not worth the price but excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally, I enjoy the Second Cup franchise. My experiences with them tend to be consistent. They have a broad enough menu that most will be pleased with the selection. Second Cup as a whole is perhaps like a step up in comparison to Tim's, without the influencer-esque aesthetics of Starbucks. This is a solid location, right on a busy walking street outside of Midtown Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love second cup but I have transactions on my credit card for items on the app that I've never ordered or paid for. As I've only dealt with this store I gave them the opportunity of helping me figure it out. I was directed to call the corporate number asthey have nothing to do with the app. Three Voice mails later and no call back I'm having to dispute charges through my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff: 3/5. average. (did just enough. Passive. No hello and also didn't say hi back. No you're welcome after my thank you. No goodbye. Store wasn't busy either time I visited as well, so no excuse there. A four star or above would necessitate doing more than the minimum.)
Drinks: 4/5. very good.
A great (4+/5) coffee shop sets itself apart with either great customer service and/or very great drinks. Neither was met.

The service is great! While I am taking a photo for the screen, the waiter is trying to give me a better angle.
Drinks given in really short period.
The drinks it takes slightly different as what I prefer, but it is my new favourite for sure.
