About Honey Bun Café
Having grown up in Sceptre, Saskatchewan, Joscelyn is a country mouse at heart. She has a unique approach to baking and manages to create a fusion of new flavours and recipes that have the same comfort and feel of all our favourite classics.
A Passion for BakingSince attending Chef School at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario, I have wanted to own and operate a business which would allow me to showcase my cooking. I have worked in various gourmet kitchens throughout the past eight years and have had several small businesses providing wedding cakes, Christmas baking and catering to a variety of clients. The collection of these experiences, along with the desire to work at something I am passionate about, provides a solid foundation for me to open a “Saskatchewan-inspired” café/bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee shop. I visited this morning (for the first time). The person working there was nice and quick to make the items I ordered.
The iced vanilla latte was great, and the veggie stuffed bun was also really good.
We’ll most likely be back for the coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible buns. Worth a visit to Saskatoon just to eat the BBQ Pulled Pork Bun. Cinnamon bun just as amazing. I had previously reviewed this café as 4/5 because the coffee was good to very good, but, after many visits to this town that must include a visit to Honey Bun, this shop clearly deserves a full score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous little cafe in the heart of Saskatoon. The staff are attentive and friendly. I had a breakfast bun, and a vanilla latté. The bun was a great light breakfast with bacon, egg and cheese baked inside the bun and the coffee was delicious. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good atmosphere. The Decore gives it a rugged, pioneer vibe. Almost akin to a modernized cabin. The honey latte is a delicious twist on a classic. Leave it to them to sweeten the latte for you. Lots of seating, however this is DT, so it may fill up quick. I didn't notice much receptacles, but this is just my observation.
