And if if you've never had a custom made suit then trust me that it's well worth it. Caswells is a great place to have it made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a fantastic experience. Yes the products are more expensive than what you will find online, however, the quality is in a completely different league and as a result lasts at least twice as long which makes up for the cost.
The staff are professional and knowledgable. With being young and trying to gather a more professional look, this is the first place that I go. The staff are always ready to answer my questions without condescension like some other places I have frequented.
I honestly haven't found a better place even when I visit larger cities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there asking for a christmas tie to wear with my suit for my companys christmas party and the guy rudely told me no he doesnt have any and i should go 2 doors down to the sayvings mart for a novelty item like that. Definitly wont ever bring my business back here if thats how there employees act because of someones appearance. Went to to tip top tailors and they had no problem showing me around and i even got socks to fo with my tie.

It was a great experience and Tim was very helpful and patient in helping me choose what looked best on me. He's very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store, it's a welcoming environment.
