★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite possibly the best soup in the city. There's a rotating list of three soups per day that changes monthly. There are options for everyone: regular, vegan, and gluten-free. And with the new renos, there's a lot more seating. In addition, they have great coffee, italian sodas, pastries, and the best chocolate cake in town! An establishment worth being a regular at. Plus, there's a small lending library just outside!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this place has good food and drinks but the service is lacking..we ordered at work, a $200 order and they forgot a drink and a donut. So $12 worth of product missing. Went into the store today to make sure the order is correct and the girl making drinks made the 2 orders ahead of me incorrectly-according to her and the other girl told her it’s fine the customer won’t know..so ok. Then 15 mins later when my 2 drinks were finally ready they were incorrect. Asking for no whip and having whip on top is not a hard request. She did offer to remake them but I didn’t want to wait another 15 mins to have the order made correctly. So like I said the drinks are good but the training needs an improvement especially when you’re paying $6 for a coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here tonight (December 23rd) @ around 6 pm. I didn't realize we couldn't go inside and so I was trying to figure out how to make an order. I peered inside the front entrance through the glass, and gave eye contact to one of the workers (I believe it was a female with colored hair). She was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes at me and impatiently just pointed to the side of the building. The young gentleman with the toque was very polite. He helped me at your drive through, and so I don't want any mix up there. Unfortunately, the low reviews seem to be based on your staff much of the time. You may have lost a constomer for life. And who cares, its one customer, right? But if this rude spazzy child you hired makes you lose a few customers a week, this adds up. I am willing to delete this review if this is acknowledged. I'm sure your food is very good, but hiring ungrateful children for staff will only work against you in the long run.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s in the name! Everything on the menu is stellar. Take home soups are a household favourite - they’re delicious and have a range of healthy options. Also - best dirty chai latte in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food and drinks are amazing. I highly recommend anyone to make the stop here. However in my opinion the café has bit off more than they can chew, they have dine-in, Drive-through, Delivery, and takeout. I did takeout and it took over 40 minutes for two drinks and sandwiches. The taste was well worth the wait but was a bit inconvenient for grabbing lunch. In short, completely amazing food and drink but be ready for a wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Latte and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Latte was a bit harsh/bitter. However, the cookie was good. It makes a nice compliment to the latte. The environment looks classical, with golden age music in the background. Plenty of seating, and a good patio area.
