★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not pleased with the serviced I recived friday night, I was buying a product and the cashier by the name "alex" refused to sell it to me, saying that the store was "busy". He then walked off, thankfully another employee came in and let me purchase the item.
Alex said off to my left "Oh cmon!" as I purchased the item. Was not pleased .

Was in there for a while and was going to buy some much needed gear for upcoming back country trip. 3 people on staff just standing there not offering help or assistance playing on there phones. So i decided to take my money somewhere that actually wants it and is willing to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff did not acknowledge customers after they entered store. We were greeted upon enter but after walking directly to the men’s shoes no help arrived. They continued to work at their stations like they weren’t interested or cared if they sold anything at that moment. Pure Valhalla was way more attentive and professional.
