is a 3rd generation family business which began in Red Deer with my grandfather, H.T. Vellner and my father J.R. (Bob) Vellner in 1951 and has helped RV enthusiasts from around the world to enjoy the healthy family fun of the RV Lifestyle.

The Service manager at Vellner took over and she was very helpful. Step by step she helped us out and had the RV repaired under warranty. They clearly communicated what was going on with the awning, and how long it will take to fix. The service was phenomenal. My experience was great. Thank you Barry (sales representative), Service manager and Service Technicians. Very Happy Customer.

Dave gave us a very thorough walk through and took lots of time doing it. Two of the batteries were not working and they replaced them no questions asked. An apology was also given for not catching the problem before before we took it home. If you are looking for an RV do yourself a favour and give Vellner Leisure Products a try.

From the sales department, finance, and service, they went over and above to ensure our experience was nothing short of amazing. They made everything so easy and smooth. Upon pickup, they even suggested we stay in the motorhome overnight in their lot so that we could make sure everything was working properly. The service guy took his time and explained everything to us. Finance made everything seamless and Sales even helped us in selling our truck as we no longer needed it. Thank you to all,of the staff at Vellner, we will definitely be recommending you to our family and friends ???

They sent someone to have a look and when he couldn't find the problem, they arranged to tow it to their shop. (I'm currently parked on an acreage east of Innisfail).They immediately set to take care of the problem fully aware it was my home. Within a couple of hours the issue was repaired, a requested electric hitch was installed and the trailer returned! Because of the inconvenience of needing to take our home into the shop, they threw in the jack for no cost. I am extremely happy with their prompt response as well as their patience with a couple of inexperienced old retired ladies and our many questions!! Huge thanks to Mitch, Natalie, Barry, Elizabeth and Sheldon. I can't thank them enough. I'll never go elsewhere if I can help it!?

Almost 2 full weeks later they hadn't even looked at it. Kept telling me they are busy. To me, why book an appointment if they don't even try to make that date. Service woman was very nice(Elizabeth), but decisions not up to her.. This place is a joke. Absolutely do not care about their customers. Just one more place in today's world where they make the customer feel like they are an inconvenience. Never go there again!!
