Allan Dale Trailers And RVs - Red Deer

We Purchased our new travel trailer( Shadow Cruiser), in March. The experience has been nothing less than fantastic. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable on all things trailer. Shawn the service manager and his team, Christine ,Jason, and the techs, have been outstanding , going over and above making sure we were Completely happy with the purchase. It’s refreshing to find a company that stands 100% behind their products with awesome service. I would urge anyone looking for a trailer or service to go to Allan Dale, Soooo happy we purchased our trailer there.

READ THIS REVIEW. It very well may save you some disappointment. I have purchased from Allan Dale Trailers in both their Red Deere and Edmonton locations on several occasions, usually all without an issue. It wasn't until my most recent visit to Allan Dale that I was extremely disappointed by the treatment towards me as a return customer. Not from the staff, but from the owner! I purchased a Motorhome there last year, and the salesman unfortunately gave me quite a bit of misinformation about the Motorhome, which if I would have known prior to the purchase we would have went a different route. However, I decided that it is what it is and carried onward. I recently decided that a 5th wheel would be a little more accommodating for our family. We went back to Allan Dale to trade our motorhome in and purchase a large 5th wheel. Because of the nature of the financials being so large the salesman (Different than before) had to deal directly with Allan, the owner for approvals on trade values. I was informed that Allan would offer us $230k for our Motorhome. I wasn't all that upset with that offer, as a dealer in the states was offering $238k. Figuring its a dealership, and it seems pretty common within industry to negotiate, I asked if Allan would be willing to do 238, or meet in the middle at 234. I heard nothing back for a few days over the weekend, and had to bring my motorhome in to have it winterized anyway, and wanted to go through with the offer of 230k. I had approached the salesman I was dealing with, and he informed me that Allan wasn't pleased with me trying to negotiate more, and that he now isn't happy with his offer, that he is no longer offering 230, but now offering only 200. What a complete slap in the face to a returning customer, and shady way to perform business by being so upset about an attempt of negotiating more for a trade, when a simple no, that's all we can do, would have been just fine. To go out of the way and pull out of an initial offer and lowball is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be doing anymore purchases either personal, or through my business with Allan Dale trailer, as I'll never know if a deal is concrete. I'd suggest going elsewhere for your trailer or RV needs, there is several other dealers, and others that carry the same brands.

Great service experience today! Our urgent issue with our motor home leveling jacks (“low voltage” message) was resolved in a matter of minutes. A warranty matter with our water heater was diagnosed quickly as well, and the resolution was commenced (ie replacement part ordered). Plus, some very helpful exterior maintenance advice was freely offered. Highly satisfied with our visit and won’t hesitate to return for service work.

We weren’t really planning for a new RV but the purchase, trade in and delivery process was seamless thanks to Kim Zak. We appreciated the fact he delivered our trailer to an out of town location, secured a few additions to the rig, and invited us to call him after hours for answering our questions. Thankful to be more than a ‘take your money and see you later’ customer. Even with questions 6 months, Kim and he colleague, Ed, still great to deal with.

This was by far the fastest and best service I’ve ever received anywhere. I highly, highly recommend Allan Dale for purchasing and service afterwards!! The service tech, Chris went above and beyond to solve all our issues!

Bought a new Trailer.. This is our 5th Trailer in our camping life. I am just sorry that we have never bought from Allen Dale (red deer)before. Mahz was our salesperson along with Pat. What a great team and experience we had. Professional and accommodating. Even in the cold weather in Jan/ Feb. From buying the trailer to picking it up was great. Delivery person who went thru the trailer with us was fantastic. Didn't rush us and was very accommodating when I asked for the PDI papers and a ladder. The details staff also did a great job with cleaning the trailer. I am so totally impressed with them all. Thank you for making our 5th trailer so amazing.

We took our 5th wheel in recently to address a four smell coming from the basement of the trailer. I suspected our black tank was cracked and would need replacement as well as to do a general cleanup of the roof and window seals. The black tank was ordered and replaced, belly insulation removed and replaced, roof re-sealed, windows re-sealed, and front overhang re-sealed. It was fast, friendly, excellent communication from their service team on pricing and updates. I would not hesitate to recommend them for service work. We had actually purchased this rv from RaceTrack RV, which was purchased by Alan Dale a couple years back, and was happy with the sales process too.

We purchased a new trailer recently from Allan Dale Red Deer. Our sales guy Dexter was great as well as the finance guy and sales manager. They made it easy and fun purchasing our new trailer! They were very accommodating bringing our trailer to us for delivery as we live out of town. A great experience and would recommend Allan Dale Red Deer for sure!
