Randy and staff are simply great! Knowledgeable and affordable, we took on replacing our roof on our 93 trailer and it turned into a larger project that expected. Randy helped us through from ordering parts and the roof (for half the price of other places) to installation tips and tricks. 100% recommend Campers RV for any parts and services!

Great service from great staff. I had the wind tear out an awning strut from the sidewall of my trailer. Randy was able to remove the old blocking, insert new blocking and repair the fiberglass sidewall. You can't tell the wall was even damaged! They also checked and replaced my wheel bearings for a very reasonable price. Will definitely take my RV back for all future service and repairs.Great work Randy and Jeanene (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)

Terrible customer service (specifically by the owner, Randy), bogus quotes, and inaccurate timelines. We called June 22nd to see if we could get in and have the trailer done by Friday, July 3rd. Randy said it would be no problem, and that it would probably take a week and a bit, possibly even sooner. On Monday, we called to see if they had any updates. Not thinking the work was done yet, but simply to see if they had a better timeline since it had been a full week. Randy was irritated we were calling and abrupt in saying he’d have it in the next couple of days and ended the call. We didn’t hear from him, so we called on Thursday (the day before we needed to have the work done by). He said it was in the shop now but didn’t have a report from his guys yet. He would see what he could do, but we might have to take it and bring it back to get it worked on. He said to call back after 12 pm Friday to see where they were at. I let him know either way, we needed the trailer at 3 pm, so worst-case scenario, if he could just get our main issue fixed (tank level sensors) and leave everything else, that would be fine. On Friday, we called numerous times before finally getting ahold of him at 2:30. He said they had not done any of the work yet. They wouldn’t be able to fix our sensor problem since the part wouldn’t come in until Monday (next business day from the time he ordered it, which he would have had if he hadn’t waited until the day we were picking it up to order it, 2 weeks after we dropped it off). He said he could get our vents installed and install the valve on our toilet by 3 pm, so we gave the go ahead. We got there at 3 pm, and he said it was still being worked on and nothing more, so we went back to the car to wait. We waited 40 minutes, then my wife went in to check. She had to walk into the shop as no one came out to see her in the lobby. When she asked how long it would be as our 2-year-old daughter was getting upset in the vehicle, Randy told her to ask the guys working on it herself. So, she did. Then we find out they installed the valve on the wrong toilet (we were very clear from the get-go which toilet we wanted it on) so had to wait for that to get fixed. Then they only installed 1 vent because they couldn’t figure out which other vent had to be replaced, so we told them just to leave it (there are only 2 vents that match…). By the time we were able to hitch up, we had been waiting at the store for an hour and 15 min (after driving 2 hours to get there) with our daughter in tow. Randy originally quoted us $50 to install 2 vents. We already had the vents and were going to do it ourselves, but since it was in the shop, we figured they could just do it. He then ends up charging us $70 for only installing 1 vent. We did not notice the overcharge at the shop because we were rushing to get out of there. My wife called while I was driving to ask about the charge. Randy said he’d only refund us $20, but that was it (so still charging us $50 but for 1 vent, not 2) and that we would have to come back to the store to get the refund (we were already on the highway so couldn’t turn around). When my wife said she was disappointed that we were still getting charged double what he quoted (after the $20 refund), that he assured us the work could all be completed by Friday and it wasn’t, and that we now had to bring it back on a weekday (as he was camping that weekend), so we would have to take another day off work to drop it off to him for a second time, Randy got irate and started yelling at her. She had to ask him why he was getting hostile with her as she was calmly and nicely trying to let him know that the communication could have been better. Even after all the hassle, all we wanted was to be correctly charged $25 for 1 vent as per his original quote. He continued arguing, so we ended the call. He can keep his $20, that is the last time we will be going back to him.

Randy and his staff, though very busy always has the time for us with our Motor Home. Yes sometimes we have to wait a bit longer but we know when we get the unit back it is fixed and ready to go. Thanks boys!

Decided to give them a try, Asked how much diagnostic would cost for an issue. Was told diagnostic was free and that a quote would follow. Must only be free if you get a repair done? Diagnosis for the issue came back as bad battery. I was then charged $70. I had asked about this and said I thought diagnostic was free, He said yes but this is 1/2 hour for the battery testing. All in all, yes they found the issue. No I wasn't happy as the 70$ was a complete surprise. The communication and way it was handled was enough that I personally won't return

Took my new to me holiday trailer to them. To have some electrical issues and plumbing issues fixed, they got everything fixed right and in a timely fashion and it didn’t break the bank.
