★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a 2021 Cedar Creek from rangeland in Red Deer in December 2020. We have only had minor warranty issues which were taken care of no problem at Rangeland in Red Deer. Unfortunately while we were on Vancouver island for the winter 2021-22 our hot water heater started leaking. We had to call a mobile RV mechanic and he informed us it was defective from the factory. Our Cedar Creek warranty was expired by 3 months although the appliance had a 2 year warranty. I didn't follow the warranty correctly and just had the tank replaced and then attempted to claim warranty through Suburban Appliances and was denied coverage. At that point Cat from Rangeland service in Red Deer who I had been in contact with through out, contacted Forest River and they covered it. Without Cat helping us we would have been out $1350.00. Thank you Cat and Rangeland also thanks to Forest River.

We shopped around for several weeks and went to about a dozen RV dealers before we made our decision. Rangeland had a perfect trailer for us at a great price. Kevin was a great salesman and worked with us to stay in our budget and was extremely knowledgeable about all things trailers and camping. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used toy hauler from these guys in August of 2021. Dexter was very helpful and always quick to respond. We had a list of deficiencies we wanted taken care of before we took possession of the trailer and not once did they question what we were asking for - they just made sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction so we would leave as happy customers. Once it was all completed, we were given a thorough walk through to make sure everything worked. All was good. When we got home, we went through the trailer again and found a bit of water damage that we were not made aware of. Rangeland admitted they were not aware of it either. Even on a used trailer deal where the trailer was sold to us "as is" in the condition it left the lot, Rangeland still stepped up to the plate and backed their product. They offered us some options to either give it back for a full refund plus reimburse us for fuel, or a cash settlement and we repair ourselves. this was something they didn't have to do but did. Amazing customer service from people who actually seem to care about their customers. will 100% recommend these guys for your trailer purchase and we will definitely be back for our next trailer purchase.
