★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always liked KMS. Their prices are standard with other places, and when they have sales, then they're really good. But what I really like is the help and knowledge of the tools from the staff. Just today the fella at the welding counter gave me lots of excellent info, and after asking me questions about what I needed to accomplish, actually helped me potentially save a lot of money by recommending a smaller welding machine that would be better suited to my needs. They also are great at offering support for the things they sell, like finding parts or replacement battery chargers and the like, even for older tools that they no longer sell, if possible. They have easy in store pickup for online orders, and they have a really impressive selection of in-store tools as well.
Definitely a good store for anybody looking for tools of any kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Milwaukee Rep at home depot told me to check with here when they were out of stock for a tool I needed. Kms had 6 in stock and was slightly cheaper as well. I also like that they ask if you want a printed invoice, at other places it's definitely not as easy to get one.

Not sure why but in the last 6 months on 3 occasions I’ve gone all the way out there after confirming they have product in stock only to find out they actually don’t have any in stock? Waste of time. On a 4th occasion I was there and asked about a product, she confirmed they had inventory but couldn’t find any so took my info and assured me a call as soon as they found it. Well I never received a call and a week later I’m out there again only to see said product on the shelf? Customer service there has gotten poor at best!

I am greeted and helped right to the end of my visit every time and if they don’t have what I’m looking for they always find somewhere close by for me to find it or find a way to get what I’m looking for without hassle for the most part. I will absolutely be returning to this location for my future tool purchases. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Recently we encountered an issue with a brand new welder the first time we used it, the welder just blew up. Long story short we encountered issues with access to parts, poor customer service from the repair center and so on. In the end a staff member Owen Clark went over and above to see to it that I was a happy customer. Things quite often don't go as planned, but the difference here is how you stood up and dealt with the issue. 5-stars Owen, you have saved a customer
